iPhone Release Date June 29 2007★

Apple has officially announced the release date of the iPhone for the US as this June 29th. They also have released tv ads for the phone which are quite neat and can be found at apple.com/iphone/ads. You might notice that there seems to be a minimum 2 year contract requirement with AT&T before the phone can be bought. Fine for people already with AT&T and satisfied with their service, but for others this might warrant a trip to the local phone unlocking booth. That's if they can actually do that at all.
